Lactodata is a publication of Milk SA, which is compiled by Bertus van Heerden from the MPO and is published every year in May and November. The purpose of the publication is to make information available on the structure and performance of the dairy industry with the objective of promoting optimal development of the industry to the benefit of the dairy industry and consumers.
