The Milk Producers’ Organisation (MPO) is a representative producers organisation focused on serving the primary sectorÂ
of the South African dairy industry, through a range of supportive services which enables the dairy farmers to build
profitable, sustainable, and competitive businesses.

If maximum capacity is reached BEFORE the deadline date above, registration will close at that point and the above date become null and
void.
Should there still be space available, a LATE registration fee will take effect from 1 May 2025.
• NO cancellations will be accepted after 1 May 2025.
• There will be NO refunds for cancellations or non-attendance.
All participants are responsible for their own risk concerning personal injury or property loss, including baggage, during the conference. It
is strongly advised that participants secure a travel insurance policy of their choice at the time of booking their travel arrangements. The
organisers disclaim any responsibility for claims related to insurance matters.

right to make necessary changes. Neither the MPO TMR Conference nor its conference managers shall be held liable for any damages,
injuries, or losses of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons, including loss or damage to personal property,
during the conference.
Attendance at the conference is conditional upon participants respecting the order and intent of the programme. Any individual deemed to
be disrupting the proceedings will be required to leave the venue. Distribution of pamphlets, brochures, or other materials is permitted
only with prior approval from the event organisers.
