UNPROCESSED MILK PRODUCTION for July 2021

MPO FLASH 6/19 August 2021

Unprocessed milk production for July 2021 is estimated at 248 million litres, −1,13% less than in July 2020. Cumulative unprocessed milk production for 2021 (inclusive of July) was 1 729 million litres, which indicates a negative growth of −2,75% for the first seven months of 2021, as compared with the same period of 2020 and −2,7% less than in 2019 (source: Milk SA; June and July 2021 are preliminary).
