UNPROCESSED MILK PRODUCTION for December 2021

MPO FLASH 01/20 January 2022

Unprocessed milk production for December 2021 is estimated at 313 million litres, 2,60% more than in December 2020. Cumulative unprocessed milk production for 2021 (inclusive of December) was 3 299 million litres, which indicates a negative growth of −0,72% for 2021, as compared with the same period of 2020 (source: Milk SA; November and December 2021 are preliminary).
