The must-attend event on the dairy calendar for 2014 is the MPO’s national annual general meeting and gala dinner. The MPO invites all members, non-MPO dairy farmers, industry stakeholders and suppliers to join them at this prestigious event, which will take place on 11 September 2014 at the Emoya Conference Centre in Bloemfontein. The Emoya Conference Centre is a 270 ha game and nature reserve situated on the western border of Bloemfontein, in the region known as Big Sky Country. The 2014 theme, New price negotiation mechanisms for the dairy industry, is very close to most dairy farmers’ hearts and is a very topical subject in today’s competitive global economy.
