Favourable short-term rainfall forecasts

Short-term weather forecasts by Santam Agriculture climatologist Johan van den Berg  indicate favourable conditions for rain in the first week of November over large areas of the country. More than 20 mm to 50 mm of rain is expected in the North West province, the Free State, Gauteng, Mpumalanga, KwaZulu-Natal and parts of Limpopo and the Eastern Cape. Forecasts for neutral to La Niña conditions still remain valid with the borderline La Niña conditions that are currently present. To read more, click HERE.
