UNPROCESSED MILK PRODUCTION for January 2022

Unprocessed milk production for January 2022 is estimated at 280 million litres, 1,70% more than in January 2021. Cumulative unprocessed milk production for the first month of 2022 was 280 million litres. This indicates a growth of 1,70% for 2022, as compared with the same period of 2021 (source: Milk SA; December 2021 and January 2022 are preliminary).
