UNPROCESSED MILK PRODUCTION for August 2021

MPO FLASH 7/21 September 2021

Unprocessed milk production for August 2021 is estimated at 287 million litres, −0,26% less than in August 2020. Cumulative unprocessed milk production for 2021 (inclusive of August) was 2 018 million litres, which indicates a negative growth of −2,34% for the first eights months of 2021, as compared with the same period of 2020 (source: Milk SA; July and Augst 2021 are preliminary).
