MPO

BE PART OF THE PROCESS

Dear MPO members and non-members,

The investigation into strategic and structural change, which was launched early May 2021 by the Board of Directors of the MPO, is making slow but steady progress. To enable the MPO Board to make decisions in the best interest of our dairy farmers and the industry, a questionnaire was sent to all milk producers earlier this week requesting inputs regarding the services offered by the MPO. I want to encourage you to use this opportunity to be part of the process of developing tailor-made services that can make a real difference on farm level.

The MPO Board announced in a media statement released on 3 June 2021 that Dr Chris van Dijk decided to leave the MPO after six years as executive head of the organisation to explore new and exciting challenges. The MPO Board thanks Dr van Dijk for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Many thanks to our dairy farmers for their positive support thus far. Please do not hesitate to contact the MPO regional manager or director in your region if you have any enquiries or wish to make inputs.
