There is a divide between farmers and consumers that influence the way consumers perceive agriculture. That is why educating consumers to understand where the products come from becomes all the more important. For this reason, The Dairy Management, Inc. (DMI) published The Dairy Good Cookbook early in June. It is much more than a cookbook; it’s a way to learn where our food comes from and get to know the dairy farm families that make your favourite dairy products possible. From sharing stories about farmers and the family stories behind their recipes to better understanding America’s most common cow breeds. The Dairy Good Cookbook provides a unique perspective into the life of a modern dairy farm. “To reach consumers today, we have to provide a higher level of entertainment, including visuals and notes placed throughout the cookbook,” says Mollie Waller, chief communication officer at DMI. The cookbook already reached millions in the first month since its launch. To read more click HERE.
