BFAP carefully optimistic about dairy future

In its 2015-2024 baseline projections, the Bureau for Food and Agricultural Policy (BFAP) indicated that producer prices may increase steadily over the baseline period. While the increase of 5,4% per year may seem low, it is higher than the expected increase in grain prices and will probably be high enough to maintain production growth, albeit not at current levels.
