Tapping into the growing Chinese flavoured milk market might not be as easy as expected. Although the Chinese have a new-found love for flavoured milk, so much so that it is quickly becoming part of their daily dairy intake, they have specific flavour preferences.
It gets even more complicated as a recent study published in the Journal of Dairy Science found that the preferences of Chinese consumers for flavoured milk are regionally bound. This means that the Chinese in different parts of their country have a strong preference for flavours that are particular to the palate and flavours of their own regions. To read more, click HERE.
